I am the host of a league on iGP Manager (Dolphin's Formula 1 League), and I would like all participants to level up (from Rookie to Pro). I am playing with my friends, and I want to maintain the league's competitiveness. Currently, our league is limited due to our level, creating an imbalance among participants with things like ballast and car design points.
