Contracts with Traditional Suppliers, Engine Suppliers (Players), Sponsors, and Drivers
Hello, I wanted to introduce this idea:
It would be great, more flexible, and innovative if contracts could be created for the categories listed in the title. For example, you could have a long-term contract with a tire supplier, paying less as a result, or a medium- to short-term contract with slightly higher costs.
Here’s a practical example: a 15-race contract with a supplier offering +5 handling, followed by a 2-race contract (e.g., for Spa and Monza) with a supplier providing +3 acceleration.
Additionally, the option to terminate a contract early (for the categories listed in the title) could be introduced, with a proportional fee based on the number of races remaining.
This could also apply to player-produced engines, potentially negotiating different prices for multiple users of the same engines. When the chassis update is introduced, this system could further increase the variables in play and the "responsibilities" when choosing a supplier.
I hope these ideas are well-received.
Thank you for taking the time to read my message, and feel free to add any suggestions I might have missed.
Best regards.
