Simply quicker, it's close right now but I would say the talent 30 has the higher ultimate pace. As soon as all of the driving abilities are 30 that's a no contest.
But the legendary racecraft can't be ignored and might let the first driver perform a bit better in races with a lower pace.
Personally. I'd probably take the T30
I thought similar and it’s an interesting one Legendary Racecraft vs top three tiers of Talent. Personally it’s a shame you can’t put 2 drivers from same team into a quick race (set same pl and fuel, tyres for both) and just watch them race. You could use both in a practice lap for your next race using the tyres you intend to use most. This would give you an indication of their relative speed. Obviously there is a small chance that driver error would impact the results, but nevertheless worthwhile
