My account is level 17 and in elite but for some reason my staff transfers are limited to level 12. This has ruined the start of my new season, as i can not sign a competitive chief designer. I think this is as a result of my account being in pro in the past. Can you fix this bug please and also it would be nice if my account could be sorted out as i'll now have to spend a whole season being uncompetitive, ruining my love for the game.

Your level cap is 18, but there is apparently quite a shortage of 5-star staff around, so it's something I will work on improving this week.

In the past day or two I've been seeing entire lists full of level 3 drivers and staff (my level being 5). I checked again just now, one single L4 driver and maybe four or five L4 staff entries.
Just posting the observation in case there's something causing the page to fetch inappropriately-leveled transfers.
