I want upgrade driver talent. But talent is can’t upgrade.. is this a fixed value? I know can’t raise talent by training. But how to get more higher?
드라이버 재능을 올리고 싶은데 훈련으로 올릴 수기 없다는데 고정값인가요? 재능이 높은 선수를 얻고싶데 방법이 없을까요?

The two driver stats that can't be trained are Talent and Experience.
Talent is a fixed value and Experience can only be increased by allowing the driver to race.
