Could you please advice me,
As we know, Talent can not be trained. So I think that this attribute is very important for drivers and staff.
Talent have influence which abilities and features for driver and each person from staff?

Talent basically raises the overall limit of what your driver is capable of, but it's more visible at tracks with poor surfaces like street circuits where the driver has to wrestle the car more.
