Train Valtteri Bottas. It is not a situation of being maxed out in the area selected, it won't even try to train.

What happened instead?
One driver trains normally, Valtteri does not.

Why do you have level 1 staff though?

This driver is maxed out in physical and driving ability, are you training mental only? Mental should improve when selected. 

Talent can't be trained, and IMC as son as it reaches "green" e.g 24.9, it won´t improve further.
