2 days ago the error appeared that the graphic is low. I looked for graphics settings, but there is none in the PC app.
I tried to change it from full screen to windowed view, but no matter what I did, it wouldn't change.
I uninstalled and reinstalled, but the problem remains.
The graphic is low in both the menu and the race.
I have an Asus TUF laptop, all other programs run at 100% graphics, only iGP Manager has this error.

Hi Pekka
Is it a popup from the game you are receiving or a message from the laptop?
Is there any additional context you can provide for what it means by graphics is low? Is it that the graphics card is under strain or something else?

I use the iGp Manager app on the laptop, so far the graphics are pin sharp in full screen mode.
There is nothing running in the background to hold up the graphics card, plus there are 2 graphics cards, the app uses the RTX 3050 card.
No error messages are displayed, only the graphics have become blurry.
I wanted to set it to windowed version to see if that would solve the problem, but I switched to fullscreen and saved it, when I go back, it stays on fullscreen. I get no error message here either.
This is the app:

Hi,if there isn't any problem and you say other games are ok it can be something from your settings, what GPU Do you have?
If you have an Nvidia you can change the settings for every game and is posible that you selected a very low graphic for igp or something,if you don't have an Nvidia and have the asus tuf with AMD I don't know to be honest
I said that because I have an ASUS TUF and it can be something from the settings

in NVidia settings, this game does not appear, by default it runs everything on high settings.
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti GDDR6 4Gb

Oh,I see ,there isn't the igp game in the Nvidia app or the control panel, maybe is an in-game problem if on every is ok but on igp you have very low graphics

As a suggestion, try adjusting the compatibility settings
right click on your shortcut to the app
Go to properties
Compatibility
Try adjusting your DPI or High DPI Scaling overrides to see if that improves the issue.
If the laptop runs HDR upscaling, you could also try disabling that.

But for you it is IGPManagerSetup.exe , the set up files aren't the files for the install process?Or something like that, for me it is
C:\ProgramData\IGP Manager\IGP Manager Launcher.exe

none of these solutions solved the problem. :/
The race graphic better now, but not good. But the menu is still wrong, blurry. (the forum field too)
It's look like a small window-sized graphic was enlarged to full screen. It is still not possible to resize to window size, this feature does not work.
The car desgin area looks good, but when I want to go back to the menu, the game is frozen.

Do you have a monitor connected to your laptop?
I'll have a look around see if I can find any more potential solutions. It sounds like its an Operating System / Graphics card inteference so i'll move this out of bugs and into help and support for now.
Pekka Tepinnen medal 5806 2 days ago
No, I used just my laptop monitor.
I think something overwrite the graphic setup. But, why I cannot switch to windows mode from fullsrcreen? It's the other question but same problem.

Try pressing Alt+Enter
Its common for windows to over-ride the apps fullscreen / windows setting. Alt+Enter will toggle the windows setting.

Thank you! This has solved my problem! When I pressed Alt+Enter twice, the graphic was back to normal! Thank you!
