Increas/decrease engine point

I write in a simple and direct way so as not to make things difficult for the English translator !

About engine points:
- Currently they can only be increased up to the maximum limit of 30.
- Level 30 managers can change the malus skill.

Suggestion:
- Give level 30 managers the possibility to decrease the engine points (and therefore the malus points). It seems stupid. But sometimes it can be more useful to have a lower malus even at the detriment of the bonus.

For example, I have +30 in handling and -15 Fuel Economy: but if I had -13 in FE I could save 1 liter per pit. Then it could be convenient to lower the bonus to 26 to have the penalty at 13.
- Of course to raise the points to 30 again I will have to spend new engine points.
Ok I ask for an opinion of expert managers if it could be an idea that offers interesting development strategies.

Disagree, you're nerfing the engines overall and I can't fathom why anyone would want to take negative scoring in Fuel Efficiency.. That's harmful to the early stages of your race.

Your replies if not condescending, passes off extremely wrong information as factual or you just simply miss the whole point and go off on a tangent.

OP is NOT suggesting engines are nerfed, he's merely asking for it to be editable in either direction (be able to add points or remove points as you wish).

It is a very good suggestion, especially if you are required to spend or buy more engine points whenever you have to re-upgrade any engine you reduced.
