Thank you for your answer, here's the other details:

I'll train whichever I'll take before use it, so I think the mental one doesn't matters, however I sent it.
At the moment I have around 150 tokens and an old maxed driver and a young maxed driver without ability; maybe, when the old driver won't perform well, I'll be able to choose the racecraft one and spend 200 tokens for legendary racecraft in my young driver.
Based on this, I'd take the T30. Both seem similar in pace- perhaps the T27 is oh-so-marginally quicker now but even a week of training will turn this around.
The T30 can easily be your 'Franchise driver', to borrow an American football term (e.g you build your team around them), as you should get a solid 250/300+ races out of them at peak competitiveness, before even needing to think about a replacement.
If you're in a position to save up/spend tokens, getting legendary racecraft would be an amazing cherry on top but in this european winter, Wet Weather is a great 2nd choice and will still be useful for you.
Hope this helps!
P.S 2 Car leagues are very token and cash-intensive. Keeping two competitive drivers is very hard, especially when you need them to have abilities of some kind in elite. I like what you've been doing using the T1 driver in pro while you can afford to (but he may have to go if you want to win in elite!)
