Hi,

Always play this game on my laptop, yesterday the 3D viewer would not work.  'Connecting/connected to server'  can hear the race but screen stuck on loading.

Chrome - Windows 10 (I believe)

Hi Stephen. For the 3D viewer I believe you need the standalone app installed. Have you installed the new version found here?

If not, please give it a go and hopefully it helps resolve the issue. I recommend uninstalling the old viewer first.
