can't hire sponsors

i've a red exclamation in finances but i go to sponsors and nothing appears

i can't hire any sponsor

Disable Ad-blocker or Allow the site in exceptions

I have 2days to wait on sponsors running out

Nothing got blocked on the sponsors page for me guess they have a different ad blocker

What is this .gif that is blocked on the main site page and forum page?
