For PC please try the following for clearing cache on Firefox
Mozilla Firefox:
Clear Cache:
Click the three-line menu in the top right.
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.
Check Cached Web Content and click Clear.
Hard Refresh:
Press Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac).
If this doesn’t resolve the issue, and for iphone where you still have issue after clear cache can you please explain a little more which areas of the menu you have a problem in?
