Hi Raoul. Rookie disappearing is part of the new design. Please have a read of the update blog.
Access to the league system opens at level 10 now. So if the managers that were removed were below level 10, not a bug. Please can you provide more information on this?

All managers I have are below level 10, even some of them are in Pro section
After the update no one of them are into my league

Hi Raoul. Ok so no bug. Part of the new design means players under level 10 only have access to the sprint race feature.
Once they reach level 10, they’ll be able to join leagues.

So all managers I have mustn't join sprint races each other as before?

Any manager below level 10 are not allowed to join leagues. They can only enter sprint races where, if they achieve objectives, will be awarded XP to allow them to level up.
When they reach Level 10 the league system will become available to them.
Managers above Level 10 can still race in sprint races in addition to their daily league race. So if the managers who were below level 10 and were kicked from your league still want to race against those above level 10 who remained in the league, this is possible using a sprint race private lobby.
