I can't change car livery

What did you try to do?
I try change livery of my car, I set all colors and type of colors, but when i click on "Upload changes" - nothing happened. I clear cache too, it not help.

What happened instead?
Nothing. Tokens stay, old design stay too.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

I play from browser, I not use any app. 
Notebook have specs:
Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 1007U @ 1.50GHz  1.50 GHz
RAM: 4,00 GB (used: 3,80 GB)
Windows are 64bit
Resolution max. 1366x768

I have the exact same issue. Google Chrome, livery editor, upload changes but nothing happens. When I do this in the downloaded game version it works.

Please hard refresh and clear cache.

Clear Cache:
Click the three-dot menu in the top right.
Go to More tools > Clear browsing data.
Choose a time range (e.g., "Last 24 hours" or "All time").
Check Cached images and files.
Click Clear data.
Hard Refresh:
Press Ctrl + F5 (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac).

I clear cache and make a hard refresh and... it is embarrassing to say this... it doesn't work. 

I stay on old colors, but anyway, I thank you for help.
Colors aren't important, car and manager make results, not colors.

I close other windows of Chrome, I keep only igp main page (page with big pics for Race and Community), then I go to History and clear cache from all history pages for igp. Then I erase history for last 24 hours. I go back to main page of IGP (still open without any clicking around) and make a hard refresh. Then I go to livery editor - it loaded, I set colors and type of colors and then I click on upload changes. For one-two seconds run a loading circle and thats all. I go back into main page of IGP (still open after first hard refresh, without any clicking around) and make hard refresh for second time - colors stay old, tokens too.

I am for closing this thread, somewhere is problem, probably on my side, idk where.
And I try everything, what I can.

Our last alternative is to download the standalone app for windows: https://static.igpmanager.com/standalone/windows/iGPManagerSetup.exe

In app livery changed.......... successfully.

Great news! It seems that you’ve a browser incompatibility. Are you ok from working with the app from now on? It’ll additionally allow you to play and spectate races using 3D. You could give it a try!

I play on notebook, but he is some years old and app is too much strong - he work slow and slightly lagged. Livery was only problem on browser, other things and editors work correctly. 

I want in future bought new, a little bit stronger, then I can play in 3D
