3D race on computer

After the big update I have issues with viewing race in 3D on my computer. I had a install before but after the update it says its a new version and that needs to be installed. If I click on install now button nothing happens. Can I download a new install file from a location or is the game now only available thru igpmanager.com and Play now/ log in?

if you've already done that, could you provide some extra information such as the app version displayed when you open it (I get 5.000 (573) and will try work with you to figure out whats happening
