Experience gained for drivers

Can someone please confirm if its a new system for gaining experience whilst training drivers, I thought it was 20 quick, or 10 league races per 1 point?

Sorry, also to add to the above, did staff wages always get paid for quick races, as I didn't do them before the update it's only something I've been aware of

I win most races I have done, which cancels out the wages loss, but still just shows as a loss??

Same problem here.... 2/3 quick races means 1 extra point for our driver (experience), but also his/her age is increasing at the same rate ......

Yes that's what it looks like in terms of experience, which is lots better than it was before. The driver ageing is a pain.....as well as the fact that it is seemingly costing me to win races? 


Can I have an answer if this is going to be looked at, it's cost me wages, then if I win the prize money it should cancel that out, but hasn't yet showed against my finances??

It's just staff wages I think, I got confused with the multiple transactions. My sprint race winnings still don't seem to show in my history though 🤷🏼‍♂️
