I suggest that, Designer Point shouldn't acummulate, if a Team does not spent new Designer Points until next race, thoses points should expire... OR the Team should have a MAX CAP on acummulated Designer Points, like, if the Team has a Designer Center level 10 (earning 10 point per race) the Team can acummulate a max of 30 points of unspent Designer Points.
