Won't let me join a league

Hello, I have reached level 10 and I wanted to return to the league I was in before, but it won't let me join that or any league, can you join me?
I hit the enter, accept button, and it doesn't enter, it just remains as if I hadn't done anything

I realized that in the league search engine they all have 0 people, that means it won't let me join because my account is classified as rookie instead of professional

even below my level 10 it says rookie, but level 10 should be PRO
