Since the migration to the new servers opens up the door to new game features. As I see it, drivers skills should vary more from one to another, which would add another variant to the game. This could be done by setting a maximum for their skills in general and not for each specific skill as it is now. That way you could have drivers who are excellent in attacking and others in defending, and less skilled in fast corners, for example. Let’s say the maximum it is set at 200, then those points are unequally split among all 8 skills.
Of course, this change will mean that the training method should be adjusted accordingly.
