Hello. Before the start of the season I re-entered the league. Because of this my car became 150 points more upgraded than the others. After the first race I decided to re-enter the league, I thought the cars would be equal. But no, the upgrade indicators became minimal. By re-entering your league during the season break you carried out a car reset, the same as a new manager joining the league. Normally this has no effect on the total number of design points (dp) your car starts the season with, it just shifts the balance if you used multiple CDs in the previous season.

However, for a limited time after the update things have changed slightly. The update has not only increased the design range for the Elite tier (was 1-200, now 1-300) but has also increased the number of dp your CD generates each race towards next season start design. Assuming you have a 5 star CD, before the update you got 16dp per race, after the update it is 24dp per race.

For leagues where the update dropped part way through their season, resetting the car during the first season break after the update will result in a car that is more powerful than those who don't reset. The car will have total starting design of 24 x number of races in the previous season. Those who don't reset will only have 16dp per race for all races that were completed before the update.

Adjustments have to be made where races have been re-parsed by Admin, but that's a complication I don't want to get into here.

If you reset or join a league mid season, it is exactly how it has always been, you will have a very poor design. This has been known about for many years, you're Level 30 so I am surprised you weren't aware that what you did would kill your car design.

For information, when you reset or join a league part way through the season, assuming you have a 5 star CD you will receive design as follows:
CD Strength: 4.5 x race number of next race in the calendar
CD Weakness 1.5 x race number of next race in the calendar
Remaining 6 attributes 3.0 x race number of next race in the calendar
Additionally you will receive 3.0 x race number of next race in the calendar dp to assign where you wish.

So, if you reset after the first race (next race is race 2) you will have a design of:
CD Strength 9dp
CD Weakness 3dp
Remaining 6 design attributes 6dp
You will also receive 6dp to spend.

I have gone into this detail for the benefit of others, I'll flag your post for Support to review, but given it was manager error I can't promise they'll do anything to remedy your situation.
