Two teams that are under the i

I’ve logged in with Google on one account and Apple on the other but they’ve both got the same e - mail address. Therefore if I want to look at something, like the issue José is helping me with just now, I am unable to as those things aren’t asked for to log in on the website. It’s just an e - mail address and it takes me to my old account.
Can I do anything to fix this?
