What did you try to do?
Was expecting a net gain after getting sponsor money+prize money

What happened instead?
I've been losing a lot of money since past few races because my sponsor's objective is to finish above 12th position. This doesn't make sense because I have not finished even above p16 in this season.

The formula is not based in your previous results, it’s based in where your team can get compared to the rest of the grid.

This is done to avoid exploits.
