Unfair Token Deduction – Request for Refund

Dear Support Team,

I have encountered an issue with an unfair deduction of in-game tokens and kindly request a review of my case. 

Reasons for Refund:

No rule violations on my part. I have played fairly, without using third-party software or violating the game’s policies.


Tokens were deducted without my consent.

Admin. Since 2019, I have participated in over 1,100 races, purchased tokens with real money, and accumulated 1,241 tokens within the game’s rules. I have not violated any rules, but all my tokens have been removed. Please review the situation and restore them.

I have made 20 purchases of 50 tokens each (a total of 1,000 tokens bought with real money), along with over 1,100 sponsor races where I earned additional tokens. This fully complies with the game’s rules. The complete removal of my tokens has not been explained and contradicts the stated game rules. I request clarification on the reason for the removal and a review of this decision.

I ask you to reconsider the decision regarding Dima. We played in the same league several years until 2022, he always played honestly.

Dear iGP Manager Support Team,

I appreciate your efforts to maintain fair play and integrity. However, my case does not fall under the described violations related to "token, cash, and experience farming."

I have moved to an active international league, which can be easily verified by checking the first seasons I participated in. I have never used inactive leagues for farming or employed high-level accounts to accelerate experience gain. All my tokens were accumulated strictly within the game’s rules, including purchases and regular gameplay.

The removal of all my tokens without a detailed review contradicts the principles of fair administration. I kindly ask you to consider the interests of players and adhere to the principles of fair administration. I hope for an objective review of my case.
