Ok, what is it? How does it work? And why is there a game concept in the the game with no explanation on what it does, how it works? There are 9 driver attributes (not counting talent) and the upgrade ranges from 1 to 32... ???

It’s not a bonus, it’s the driver number, purely cosmetic, it’ll be displayed in the car livery.
