Unable to access my 2nd league

Guys, I can't access my second account ever since the change to the new system. If tried requesting the username and password reset.

I had that problem as well. I got lucky and the game took me to my "inaccessible" account. This is the way it happened.

I went to a browser that I don't use which was Firefox for me. I tried to sign in to my inaccessible account and got a message saying that my username and password did not match. I pressed the link for account recovery. I entered the email for my inaccessible account and pressed send. It went to a screen that should have informed me that a recovery email had been sent but the screen had the message blurred out (and no email was sent) At this point I hit the back arrow on my browser and it took me to the Play Now screen. I hit Play now and the Inaccessible account came up. I then went to manager and edit account and changed the email address, not the password. After that my old inaccessible account was accessible through that new email name. I signed up for a new email address before doing this but I am not sure that was necessary as it seemed that just changing that email name cleared the malfunction.
