Hi Jose, my apple OS is 18.3.1, I have down loaded the new upgrade version iGP app, but don’t know where to find it in settings

The number should appear in your loading screen. Could you please screen record the issue?

I am running from my ipad, it does not have a loading screen, just goes straight to the home page.

If you try to spectate or manage a race in the race viewer if you go to the settings tab you’ll find the build version in the top right corner.
Could you please screen record the issue and send it to my mail at jose@igpgames.com ?

Hi Jose, unable to find my original post, but infomation you requested is iOS version is 18.3.1 and App version is 5.001
I am unable to make a purchase with code “reason 0”

Thanks for the screenshot. Could you please try to attempt an app purchase in another app. I’ve contacted Apple and they believe it’s a problem of your iCloud sync.
