This is going to sound radical, but would it be possible to have more range of staff levels? I just scanned through the drivers on this account, (level 7) and the lowest driver I can get is 3*, around 300k per race. However, if I were in financial trouble, I'd maybe happily go for a 1* driver and pay only 150k per race. It was easy to click the 'auto sign' on the old game - I never tried it, but it felt like a nice safety net. I suspect now, the higher you level up, the higher the minimum price of a new driver. At which point I guess you say that is what the Driver Academy is for? It just seems unnatural to me, unrealistic. In real life there are terrible drivers out there. There are -3* drivers, for example, who would give you 300k per race.

Having a pay driver who is crap would be quite interesting.
I imagine when the game is ready to take on glamour features drivers can be made more complex by which sponsors they attract.

if there are going to be pay drivers, i rather have a good one paying hundreds of millions for a seat a season, that would be nice :P.
you could find good pay drivers on the market that are worth a lot of money for a seat, some are as talented as some drivers who are there for their own skills than a budget. if this comes to igpmanager is another matter.
