My CD

We just finished a season i had this CD all the season. not 100% sure but i think i didn't gain any level as manager and my Design facility stable (if matters now).
I have 48 points base for attributes
my gain from CD is 12 points at strength and my loss is 47 points at weakness.
I don;t know if its meant to be like this but in my opinion not well balanced.
