Hello Support Team,

I have left my league for a couple of weeks. When I re-joined the league my account was downgraded from Elite to Pro. Can you promote me back to Elite, please?

Please can you join a league (with a free space in the Elite tier) to enable the manual promotion.

As Connor said, in order to be manually promoted you must first join a league.
