"Sprint Race Server not contac

I created a new account. I unlinked my previous account from Google Play and reinstalled. I then edited one of my drivers, signed a sponsor, and upgraded the Manufacturinflg facility before deciding to do my first race. I can't do the first race because it says the sprint race server is not contactable. I am able to watch live leagues. 

Anyway to fix this?

Update 1: I linked account to my email. I cleared cache and data, also tried re-installing. Logged in and still have the same error.

Update 2: I had another account on a 2nd phone with only local account and was able to do sprints. Tried to make a new account on another device. Only used local account. Still have the same error.

Phone 1: Samsung S25, all updated to latest
Phone 2: Samsung A15, all updated to latest

Update 3: I've tried through browser with this account and still had the same error.

I've also tried playing on my iPad with a brand new account and still received the same error that the Sprint Race server is not contactable.

I had the same issue yesterday with Sprint Races.

It started only after I started changing the Sprint Race car set up, and even after I reset the Sprint Car to the default settings, the problem persisted.

In my case, when you clicked 'Ready' for the Sprint Race, the race timer would crash, and the race would not run (the only way to get the race to run, is to not press 'Ready' and wait for the timer to manually run down)

I got the 'server is not contactable' message, after I tried refreshing the page, and then joining another Sprint Race.

It seems to be running fine today though (only 2 Sprint Races in), happy that I am nearly Level 30, and not have to do any more Sprint Races, as unfortunately (although there is lots of promise and potential) there are too many bugs and glitches at present, making it a disappointing racing experience (racing against mostly bots)

I had this issue as well and it only seemed to start yesterday. I didn't mind it to much since from the beginning I notice some bugs/glitches but I can always somehow find a work around to those.


I'm really enjoying this game since I started playing around 2 days ago. Looking forward to all the fixes, improvements, and updates!

Selecting the 'Ready' button in Sprint Races still freezes and crashes the race countdown timer (as of 13:34 UK time)

Hello! All issues I have mentioned above seemed to have resolved! I am now able to play sprint races and no freezing when I press Ready in lobbies. Thank you!

I can confirm as of 14:05 UK time, the 'Ready' button now works again in Sprint Races.

*Edit: There appears now to be a new bug, whereby the drivers numbers are mismatched throughout the grid in Sprint Races [14:15 UK time]
