No car reset and promotion

Hello! The cars didn't reset (again) in pro and there was no promotion (again) in our league. Same things happen every end of the season since the last big update.
League name: Grand Prix

I see you have 33 participants in pro. Could it be these things that break it? If yes, host has the power to stop it from occurring. By the way, why have that many bots in pro?

It probably does break it and removing 1 bot may well fix it for next season.  Also, why does it show a relegation zone for Pro?
