Hi, I have recently been upgrading the 'offices and hospitality' unit to increase morale. It is currently at level 9 but my three drivers have morale levels of 8,6 and 8. I don't know if I am missing something but how do you get the morale levels up to that of the offices and hospitality unit?

You must train the drivers in the mental category.
