Hello.

Is it possible to use 2 tds? Can you benefit from their both skills? How do you use fuel td with design points tds?

Hello, yes you can.

A TD's ability is always active, you do not need to have them in the "active" slot, for the ability to take effect. You can have a maximum of 5 TD's
