Just an information, from what level can you meet drivers with talent 30 in transfers?
Technically from level 4 onwards (although it might be impossible with auto-generated drivers). Drivers have 11 attributes. If the driver has talent 30 and everything else is at 1 you get an average of 3.64. So technically starting at level 4 it would be possible to get such a driver in the market, but as I said, it’s really improbable a driver with those stats can exist.
Personally the drivers that I encounter in the market always have a talent 2 levels higher than my level (I’m level 21 and drivers I find have talent level 23). Following this logic I will encounter talent level 30 drivers when I reach level 28. Although occasionally I found drivers with higher talent levels (e.g. at around level 15 I found a driver with talent 21).
As long the driver average stats don’t exceed your level you can find them in the market, if someone is selling it.
