League rating star approximati

I think the league rating should Have an approximationore exactly i want to change a bit than how is it now,now If we Have 39 rating of 5 stars and 1 rating of 1 star,it will show 4.5 stars,but mathematically IT will be a 4.9,so why to not show 5 stars?(I Say again,this to apply just for league rating)
