1.Pit stop handicap
①About Phase
In this league, the season will be divided into six phases with rules set for each phase.
phase 0: Rd.1 No restrictions on pit stop strategy and tyre choice during the race
phase 1: Rd.2-3 The rules in the red boxes below will be applied depending on the points of the team that placed first in the previous season.
phase 2: Rd.4-6 The rules in the red box below will be applied based on the points of the top team in the previous phase.
phase 3: Rd.7-9 〃
phase 4: Rd.10-12 〃
phase 5: Rd.13-15 〃
②Handicap Overview
A handicap of 3 or 4 stops will be applied based on the results at the end of the previous season and the results at the end of each phase.
Teams that have been given a handicap must complete the settings 10 minutes before the start of the next race (21:50 Japan time).
Elite League:
From the first place point
100% to 80% or more: Pit stops during the race are 4 or more times
Less than 80% - 20% or more: Pit stops three or more times during the race
Less than 20%: Free strategy (no limit on number of pit stops & no starting handicap if ranked 4th or lower)
* Fractions will be rounded up
(Example) If the first place team has 100 points, a team with 80 points will make 4 stops in the next phase.
Pro League:
From the first place point

2.Starting Handicap
① Handicap target
a. Drivers who placed in the top 3 in the previous race
→ However, in the case of the Elite League, from the 10th race onwards, the scope is expanded to drivers who placed in the top 5.
b. The top three drivers in the driver rankings at the end of the previous race.
c. In the Elite League, teams that win either championship consecutively will be given a handicap in the final three races.
② Handicap Overview
After the race, drivers who have been designated with a starting handicap on the bulletin board must complete the settings in "a" and "b" below 10 minutes before the start of the next race (21:50 Japan time).
a. For both the qualifying and final races, please only use the following three conditions: "Hard", "Inter" and "Wet".
b. Please complete your first pit stop between the start and the end of the second lap.
→ This pit stop will be counted as the first handicap under "Section 1: Pit Stop Handicap".
※In the case of teams that are free to use a pit stop strategy under "Section 1 Pit Stop Handicap"
→ After the first pit stop is completed, drivers are free to use any type of tyre and any number of pit stops.
3.Right to avoid handicaps
① Conditions for being granted handicap avoidance rights
A team that has earned 80% or more of the points from the first-place team at the end of the 12th race.
(Example) If the first place team has 100 points, then the team that has earned 80 points or more will be eligible.
② Overview of handicap avoidance rights
Teams that meet the conditions described in ① will be able to cancel all handicaps imposed in "Section 1: Pit Stop Handicap" and "Section 2: Start Handicap" once per season and race with any strategy they wish.
*If the season ends without using the points, they cannot be carried over to the next season.
4.Penalties for violations of the rules
Any team that violates rules Section 1 through Section 3 will be penalized with a "Start Handicap (Section 2)."
*If a starting handicap is applied based on ranking in the next race, the starting handicap due to the penalty will be applied two races later.
5.In-season driver changes
・ There are no restrictions.
・ When replacing a driver with a handicap, the handicap will be passed on to the replacement driver.
・ When replacing two drivers at the same time, the driver with the higher talent value will pass on the handicap.
→ If both drivers are given a handicap, the driver with the higher talent value will inherit the heavier handicap.
6.Withdrawal procedure
Any player who falls under any of the following categories may be expelled from the site at the discretion of the management.
・ You haven't logged in for a long time.
・ When a player fails to abide by these regulations or socially acceptable manners, and is in a malicious state.
・ When a player continues to behave in a way that causes disruption to the league's operations, such as by continuing to show disrespect for the league and other players, or by making selfish demands.
・ When it is discovered that the same person is participating with multiple accounts. (We want as many players as possible to participate.)

・ The regulations are complicated, so players may unintentionally violate them when they first join the league, but we try to be lenient in our judgments at first.
