Stop being manufacturer

Since we won't have ads to help improve our engine, i believe a option to stop manufacturing our own engine so we can try find a level 30 ( or higher level then our own engine) , that way one of the problem's that not having ads will kinda of being fixed. Maybe put at the end of the season a option to those who want to stop manufacturing.
