I would like to see it raise the drivers morale too, after all they do their chats/interviews with the media in the hospitality suites.

Drivers sitting at 11 & 12 Morale & my building will be level 17 in an hour or two.

Auto increase morale also means 5star Red driver unable to train;)

How?
You are capped to level 15 but you can train drivers past level 15

I'm level 19 and I don't get no red stars with everything at 20

For a Level 19 yes is not a problem, XP gain alone was big impact to block training progress. I am not against to gain moral i am just saying a possibility that i have encounter.

If Jack lowers your Morale ratings to 15 or lower to match your building, maybe it will speed up your training and make the drivers have yellow stars
