Hey,

I am sorry to hear that you've been affected by an issue with an in-app purchase. 

Please could you submit a ticket with the Support Team and they will be able to investigate and credit the purchase to your account. 
Please also attach any purchase receipt(s) you received as this allows the purchase to be validated.
