Hello Managers,
this is not so a big Problem, but i posted a PM to a league member, but i can't see it in my "sent mails" list. Am i only able to post messages, which is on my 'Friend' list ?

It appears the PM you tried to send did not send for some reason. I checked the database and there is no record of sent PMs from your account. Try sending it again and see if it appears.
