Notifications 15min beforeRace

Now ,If You allow the app to give You notifications ,IT will give You a notification 10mins before the Race,but the problem is You recive the notification when You can't change the set up,can't do anything,like won't be better to recive the notification 15min before Race start,to Have Time to change set up and strategy in case You haven't done it already?

There is a notification that notif u 1 hour before the race

Oh...but i don't Have that ,i get only with 10minutes before start ,when a hq building is finished or when a sponsorship expire,is this a bug,i Have all active in the game settings and the notifications are allowed,maybe is a bug

I only get the 10 minute notification as well (although on a break atm)
