If I upgrade my TD to design can I then make him legendary when I’ve collected enough tokens or do you have to do them both together?

Hello Ian,

You can upgrade the TD to design, and then to Legendary separately. 

Upgrading them separately costs the same number of tokens, as upgrading them together (200 tokens).
