Human error

Hi guys,

Quick question: is there a way I could recover 70 tokens that I wasted through a silly mistake? I promoted a new CD and was convinced he was moved automatically as the main CD; instead he was left in reserves and I pushed "sell" without even looking.
I know it's my own stupid mistake, but I firmly believe that there ahould he a way to repair a mistake like this. I wrote to the support team from igp, but they denied me instanly, telling me that it is not a bug and they can't anything.

Unfortunately, if Support have already denied the request, there isn't anything further that can be done. 
The usual precedent is that if a token loss is caused by manager error, the Support Team won't intervene. 
Take this mistake as a learning opportunity to make sure it doesn't happen again.
