It happened again. Just like in the past several seasons, there was still no promotion from the Pro League, and the development points still weren’t reset in the Pro League. Unfortunately, it seems like this issue will never be resolved, and we keep losing active players because of it. I’m really sad — it feels like there are only two options left: disband the league or move elsewhere. But honestly, I’m starting to lose interest in the game altogether. It’s been a great six years…

I apologise for these problems.
I'vemanually promoted the affected accounts. Regarding the design of the cars in the Pro tier, I can reset the cars so that they all have the same design. Are you ok with that? That's the only thing I can do to solve this issue.

I'm really sorry to hear that this is a recurring issue still. It typically only impacts one league in the game at a time. We had one a few months back, now your league.
We had a few discussions about this last time, because despite all my best searches (and now AI Agents searching for bugs too) we have not found a reason this could happen. It is so extremely rare that the exact circumstances that are creating the problem are unclear.
One idea we had last time we spoke about this was to form a new league and migrate everyone into it. If the issue persisted then (unlikely, but who knows) we could assume it might be linked to one of the accounts in the league.
Would you like to try that? Because the reality is this will probably keep happening unless something changes. It's frustrating that we don't know why.

I will create a poll about this and post the league’s decision here.
By the way, the points of the promoted teams were not reset.
