Is paying 15 tokens the only way to promote young athlete to my team?

@Jack i have Sponsors with 3 Tokens, still the 15 tokens were used for Promoting my Youth Academy Driver.
Also i can see my Well developed Driver from long time is taking less wages compare to my Youth academy driver developed by myself, can you look into this proportion as well at least for couple of season he should be serving his team where he developed without any wages/ fees

if it will be like this then no one will show any interest in developing the driver at the youth academy :-/

@Devin, further you may landup paying higher salary compare to your long time serving driver

A few years ago I renamed a Liechtenstein driver "Poppy Enis" because guess why. Turned out to be a waste of reward points as earlier on I unearthed a young Latvian driver in my academy named "P Enis"
