Get a notification that my building’s upgrade was conpleted and the race is about to start.

I don’t get any notifications. I haven’t got any in months now.

Can the bug be reproduced?
Yes, everyday I don’t get any notifications (I have an account where I race daily and one where I race every 3 days. Neither get notifications).
Additional comments:
Notifications settings inside the app are enabled and so are notifications in the phone’s settings. I was getting some in the past but it has stopped for a while now.
