Xp Calculations

Hi all,

Does anyone know how xp is calculated after the recent updates.

I am in pro and I get 250xp each race with level 30 accounts in the league. The xp I get has not chnaged even I have leveled up. When I was level 17 I was getting the same 250xp and now I am level 20 and still getting 250xp
