How do I buy drivers??

I have a shortlisted driver level 12 rated (12.11) and I’m level 13 but when I go to the contract section, it’s locked

Hello,

When viewing drivers in your shortlist, you can only purchase drivers that are available, and have been a member of your team in the past. 
This change was implemented in order to stop the practice of using technical scripts to immediately purchase all available drivers. 

The only way to purchase new drivers are through the Transfer Auctions, or through your Youth Academy Headquarter.
