That most likely will be the case, but many people are going to have this problem in the future, so I feel like we need them as an update for other flags.
many ppl don’t have this problem since its easy to pass inactive cars if you are set up right for the track & conditions, you don’t even need to use boost.
You’d be better focusing on things that will stop you being lapped. Ovefuelling can you very slow so focus on improving your fuel calculations. if you finish a race with more than 1-2 litres there is something wrong with your calcs. Experienced managers will often finish with 0.5-1.0 litres. Think about your strategies. Looking at some of your past results there are things that can be improved, for example. starting on Meds in Hungary for a refuelling race is a big no no. Even on pl5 your tyres must have been so cold they probably had icicles 🥶. For Monaco you were on soft all race when everyone was using SS. Italy is a track where pits are long you need a strategy that minimises stops rather than taking more than your opponents.
Watch a few races in some of the stronger leagues and learn what strategies are used at each track and see how temp affects these strategies.
Read the pinned guides at the start of the Help & Support section especially the one on Chassis Development
Also the current leader of your league is a very good and experienced manager who I’m sure will help if you have any questions.
